Years ago when we first registered our company with the Danish companies authority, they inadvertently bestowed upon us the name Mr.Success!
Which serious company would want a consultancy firm with the slightly bragging title of Mister Success, when our real business is HR and measurable leadership?
That really was the beginning of it all. A sales director and business partner was one of the first to highlight some advantages of the ambiguous name: "How can it go wrong with a name like that?Your success is practically guaranteed!" - Turns out he was right.
Right from the start it was clear that HR SUCCES wasn't an ordinary consultancy firm. From the beginning we maintained a slightly ironic distance to our ambiguous name. We didn't live up to the cliche about smart 'suits' with a bagful of Management Buzzwords, but felt much of the jargon was simply hot air and little else. Needless to say this isn't a popular attitude in a branch that lives off selling itself. In hindsight, it was actually a very provocative stance.
As time passed, we became more mature and it was our results that impressed. We replaced the not-quite-thought-through with our one overarching value : Reliability. We keep our promises. Always. We still believe the most provocative position in this branch is being trustworthy. We deliver a consultancy service that is strategically sound with a creative daring and an unswerving focus on business issues - and we do it better than anyone else.
It hasn't been explosive growth but our client portfolio speaks for itself - the Association of Danish Law Firms, the Danish Association of Chartered Accountants(FSR - Auditors), and leading pharmaceutical companies - all of whom rely on HR SUCCES and our dependability.
